## Description

**Job Summary:**  
We are hiring an experienced **Senior Data Analyst** to lead data analysis initiatives, manage complex datasets, and mentor junior team members. This role involves in-depth data analysis, strategic decision-making support, and advanced reporting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Design and develop advanced **Power BI dashboards** and **SQL reports**.
-   Lead the development of **ETL pipelines** using **SSIS** and manage **Data Warehousing** processes.
-   Conduct complex data analysis to support business strategy and decision-making.
-   Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in all processes.
-   Mentor and guide junior analysts to build a high-performing data analytics team.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   3+ years of experience in data analytics and visualization.
-   Expert-level skills in **Power BI**, **SQL**, and **Excel**.
-   Strong experience with **SSIS**, **Data Warehousing**, and **ETL pipelines**.
-   Proven ability to work independently and deliver strategic insights.
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

### Requirements

**Preferred Skills:**

-   Experience in predictive analytics or machine learning is a plus.
-   Advanced skills in Python or R for analytics.
