## Description

**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently looking for a **Senior Business Development Manager** for one of our partners, a leader in the Solar Energy System Service industry!

**Job Summary:**

The **Senior Business Development Manager** will lead complex, high-value enterprise deals across sectors (real estate, infrastructure, automotive, government), ensuring profitability, scalability, and strategic positioning.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Identify, develop, and successfully close large-scale, high-value business opportunities across key sectors, including real estate, infrastructure, automotive, and government.
-   Establish and maintain relationships with C-level executives, senior decision-makers, and key stakeholders to drive strategic business outcomes.
-   Assess commercial opportunities by evaluating financial viability, return on investment (ROI), payback periods, and long-term strategic alignment.
-   Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements involving integrated hardware, software platforms (including CPO solutions), partnerships, and revenue-sharing models.
-   Lead cross-functional deal execution by coordinating with sales, finance, legal, technical, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery and governance.
-   Develop and nurture long-term strategic partnerships that support sustainable business growth and market expansion.
-   Contribute to the organization's strategic positioning by identifying scalable business opportunities and fostering high-impact commercial relationships.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
-   12–15 years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, strategic business development, or commercial leadership roles.
-   Proven track record of leading and closing complex B2B transactions within infrastructure, energy, telecommunications, technology, or related industries.
-   Demonstrated experience managing long sales cycles, multi-stakeholder engagements, and public-private partnership (PPP) or similarly structured commercial models.
-   Strong financial acumen, with the ability to evaluate investment opportunities through ROI, IRR, payback analysis, and commercial feasibility assessments.
-   Solid understanding of contract structuring, commercial negotiations, and partnership frameworks.
-   Previous exposure to the energy, utilities, electric mobility, telecommunications infrastructure sectors, or large system integrators is highly preferred.
-   Proven ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders across both private and public sector organizations.
