## Description

**Banana Moon Day Nurseries** is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner (Relief) to join our team on a flexible basis. In this important role, you will provide high-quality care and early years education to children, ensuring their well-being, development, and safety during your shifts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children’s learning and development.
-   Support the daily routines of the nursery, including meal times, play, and rest periods.
-   Observe and assess children’s progress, contributing to planning and development records.
-   Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and families.
-   Work collaboratively with other nursery staff to ensure smooth operation and consistent care.
-   Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about children’s activities and well-being.
-   Be flexible and adaptable to cover shifts as required, including short notice relief work.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
-   Previous experience working as a Nursery Practitioner or similar role.
-   Strong understanding of child development and early years frameworks.
-   Ability to work flexibly and adapt to various shifts and settings.
-   Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-   Commitment to providing a nurturing and safe environment for children.
-   Valid DBS check and right to work in the UK.
