## Description

**About Limitless Naturals:**
Limitless Naturals is one of the fastest-growing consumer health companies in the region, offering science-led food supplements and sports nutrition products that help people live longer, healthier lives.
We combine our pharmaceutical expertise with deep consumer insight to identify emerging health trends early and turn them into innovative, evidence-based solutions.
Our ambition goes beyond products - we are driving the longevity movement in the Arab world by inspiring healthier daily habits and making better health part of everyday life.

**Job Summary:
**We're looking for a **Material Planner** to join our Supply Chain team at **Limitless Naturals**.
If you have experience in **material planning**, **MRP**, and **Oracle** ERP, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you. You will play a key role in ensuring the timely availability of raw and packaging materials, supporting uninterrupted production, optimizing inventory levels, and driving efficient supply chain operations.

**Key Responsibilities & Accountability:**
\- Run the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process in Oracle- generating, reviewing and optimizing planned orders for raw materials and packaging to ensure full alignment with approved demand plans and production schedules.
\- Proactively manage raw material and packaging inventory levels against safety stock targets and reorder points, flagging shortages, excess holdings, or slow-moving stock to the Supply Chain team.
\- Determine and dispatch replenishment quantities to the Sourcing team through Oracle, providing clear and accurate material requirements, including quantities, required dates and lead time parameters, enabling Sourcing to execute supplier communication on time.
\- Actively support the S&OP process by providing accurate material availability, supply risk inputs and scenario-based recommendations, escalating constraints that could affect the production plan.
\- Manage Bill of Materials in Oracle in close coordination with demand and supply planners and MDM, proactively reviewing BOM structures for accuracy and completeness, identifying errors/gaps, and ensuring all changes are validated and updated in the system without disrupting planning or production continuity.
\- Maintain and update planning parameters in Oracle, including safety stock levels, lead times, lot sizes, and reorder points, ensuring MRP outputs reflect evolving supply chain conditions.
\- Track and reconcile material consumption against production outputs, identifying and investigating variances that could indicate waste, scrap, or data inaccuracies in the system.
\- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the material planning function, identifying and implementing opportunities to improve forecast accuracy, reduce planning cycle times, and optimize material stock levels.

## Requirements

\- 3 to 5 years of experience in material planning, production planning, or inventory management, preferably within FMCG, consumer goods, or consumer health
\- Hands-on experience running MRP in Oracle or equivalent ERP system
\- Good understanding of supply chain planning fundamentals: safety stock, reorder points, lead times, lot sizing, and days of cover
\- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; comfortable working with large datasets and identifying exceptions
\- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; APICS CPIM (or equivalent) is an advantage
