## Description

### **Remote School Social Worker (Part-Time)**

**Location:** Colorado (Fully Remote)  
**Schedule:** Approximately 7–10 Hours Per Week for the 26-27 school year  
**Student Caseload:** Approximately 18 Students

A Colorado-based charter school is seeking a compassionate and student-centered School Social Worker to provide virtual support services during the upcoming school year. This part-time opportunity is ideal for a professional who is passionate about helping students overcome barriers to success while enjoying the flexibility of a remote schedule.

### Position Responsibilities

-   Provide virtual social-emotional support and counseling services to students
-   Conduct student check-ins and monitor progress toward social-emotional goals
-   Collaborate with school staff, families, and community resources to support student well-being
-   Participate in student support team meetings as needed
-   Assist with attendance, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions
-   Maintain accurate documentation and service records
-   Support the school's efforts to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

## Requirements

### Qualifications

-   Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
-   Active Colorado School Social Worker credential from the Colorado Department of Education or ability to obtain required Colorado credentials (we will reimburse for cross-licensing!)
-   Experience working with schools and school-aged children preferred
-   Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
-   Ability to build rapport and engage students in a virtual environment

-   Flexible scheduling based on student and school needs
-   School-year contract position
