**Job Summary**

A Physical Therapy Director opportunity is available in Vero Beach, FL for an experienced physical therapist ready to take the next step in leadership. This role combines hands-on clinical care with team guidance, operational support, and quality-focused leadership.

**Responsibilities**

-   Lead and support the physical therapy team in daily clinic operations
-   Provide direct patient care and assist with treatment planning
-   Ensure documentation, compliance, and patient care standards are maintained
-   Mentor team members and promote a positive work environment
-   Assist with scheduling flow, patient experience, and clinical performance
-   Collaborate with leadership to improve clinic efficiency and outcomes

## Requirements

-   Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree required
-   At least 2 years of physical therapy experience required
-   Clinical Director or leadership experience preferred
-   Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills
-   Ability to support both patient care and clinic operations

**Schedule and Compensation**

-   Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
-   Salary: $88,000 to $95,000 annually, negotiable based on experience
-   Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable, up to $10,000
-   Quarterly Bonus: Eligible for a quarterly bonus equal to 5% of annual salary, paid as 1.25% per quarter
