**Employment Type:**  Contract / Temporary Assignment

**Location:** FinDev Canada headquarters is in downtown Montreal. For the right candidate, Ottawa or Toronto will be considered, with the flexibility to work under a hybrid model, with a current requirement of three in-office days per week (subject to change).  

**Compensation Details** 

-   Project Management 15: Salaries typically range from $65,172 - $86,898 annually, based on qualifications and experiences.

### **Team Overview** 

Reporting to the Director, Digital Office, the Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the delivery of digital and technology projects across the organization. Working closely with project managers, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, the successful candidate will coordinate project activities, maintain project documentation, monitor timelines and risks, and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.

### **What You Will Be Doing** 

**Project Coordination & Delivery**

-   Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of Digital Office projects and initiatives.
-   Coordinate project schedules, work plans, meetings, milestones, and deliverables.
-   Track project progress and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
-   Assist in managing project scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
-   Process invoices, payments, and related vendor administration.
-   Maintain an up-to-date schedule of supplier and service renewals.
-   Track budget and other expenditures
-   Prepare project status reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
-   Maintain project documentation, repositories, and governance records.

**Stakeholder Engagement**

-   Coordinate communication between business units, technical teams, and external vendors.
-   Schedule and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder consultations.
-   Capture meeting minutes, decisions, and action items.
-   Support change management and user adoption activities for digital initiatives.

**Process & Governance Support**

-   Assist in maintaining project management standards, templates, and best practices.
-   Ensure project documentation complies with organizational governance requirements.
-   Support procurement, contract administration, and vendor coordination activities as required.
-   Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processes.

**Reporting & Administration**

-   Monitor project budgets, resource allocations, and project metrics.
-   Support portfolio reporting and project performance tracking.
-   Develop presentations and briefing materials for project governance committees and leadership.
-   Maintain accurate records and project files in collaboration platforms and project management tools.

### **What We Are Looking For** 

-   University degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
-   2-5 years of experience coordinating projects, preferably within a technology, digital transformation, or PMO environment.
-   Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
-   Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
-   Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

### **What Will Make You Stand Out** 

-   Knowledge of change management principles.
-   Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies is an asset.
-   Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
-   Bilingual in both official languages (English and French).
