## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Danish Speaking Content Moderator to work in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a fully paid relocation package! This role provides a great chance to relocate to a dynamic city while contributing to maintaining a safe and positive online community. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring user-generated content in Danish to ensure it complies with established community guidelines.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Review, evaluate, and moderate user-generated content in Danish to ensure compliance with community standards.
-   Apply company policies accurately to classify content and make moderation decisions.
-   Identify and report inappropriate or violating content to the appropriate teams promptly.
-   Collaborate with team members to improve content moderation processes and strategies.
-   Provide feedback and insights on content trends and user behavior.
-   Stay updated on the latest company policies and guidelines related to content moderation.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Previous content moderation experience or similar is preferred.
-   High attention to detail and consistency in applying moderation guidelines.
-   Strong communication skills to effectively explain moderation decisions.
-   Ability to handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content professionally.
-   Familiarity with digital platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural and work environment.
-   Self-motivated, capable of working independently while contributing as part of a team.
