## Description

### Job Title: Porter

LV Petroleum is seeking a dedicated Porter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will help ensure our facilities are clean, organized, and safe, providing a welcoming environment for both customers and staff. This role is crucial to our operations, as you will be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout our facilities.

WALK-IN INTERVIEWS: Held weekdays from 11am - 4pm inside our travel center located at 2125 North 9th Street, Salina, KS.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Perform regular cleaning tasks in various areas, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
-   Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, ensuring everything is prepared for daily operations.
-   Assist with setup and teardown for events, ensuring all required materials are accessible.
-   Conduct minor maintenance tasks and report any major issues to the facilities management team.
-   Provide excellent customer service by being approachable and assisting customers with inquiries.
-   Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning and maintenance tasks.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
-   Experience in custodial, janitorial, or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.
-   Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving up to 50 lbs.
-   Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety.
-   Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
