## Description

Egypt Education Platform is seeking a dedicated and organized **Academic Coordinator - Primary Stage** for the academic year 2026-2027. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the academic programs of the Primary Stage, ensuring excellent educational standards and student achievement at **Madinaty Integrated Language School**.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Coordinate the implementation of the Primary Stage curriculum in line with the Egyptian National Curriculum and school policies.
-   Support and guide teaching staff to deliver high-quality instruction through classroom observations, feedback, and professional development.
-   Monitor student progress and analyze assessment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
-   Assist in planning school-wide academic initiatives and events related to the Primary Stage.
-   Facilitate communication among teachers, parents, school leadership, and other stakeholders to enhance the learning environment.
-   Promote best practices in teaching and learning and encourage innovation and creativity within the primary curriculum.
-   Ensure compliance with school policies and safeguarding requirements.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
-   Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in the primary education stage.
-   Previous experience in academic coordination or leadership roles within primary education is preferred.
-   Strong knowledge of the Egyptian National Curriculum and curriculum implementation strategies.
-   Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to analyze assessment data and translate findings into actionable improvements.
-   Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
