**The Role**

We're looking for a Senior Underwriter to join our Dubai team and take ownership of credit decisioning across our SME lending book, balancing risk against commercial opportunity as we scale across the region.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead underwriting on deals across our full lending range, from smaller working capital facilities to larger SME funding lines
-   Analyse financials, bank data, and open banking feeds to assess creditworthiness
-   Apply credit risk policies while spotting smart exceptions
-   Structure offers that balance speed, risk, and commercial value
-   Work closely with the sales team to support fast decisions and clean execution
-   Escalate and advise on edge cases and complex scenarios
-   Maintain underwriting documentation and CRM accuracy
-   Coach junior underwriters and support continuous credit policy refinement
