### **Position Overview: Sales Intake Representative**

As a Sales Intake Representative, you will serve as the initial contact for potential clients, offering a warm and knowledgeable introduction to our firm. You will assist clients from their first inquiry through to scheduling a formal consultation with one of our skilled attorneys. Your professionalism, empathy, and effective communication will play a key role in fostering a positive and lasting attorney-client relationship.

### **What You’ll Do Every Day**

-   **Create Exceptional First Impressions**  
    Represent the firm with warmth, confidence, and professionalism from the very first interaction. Make clients feel heard, supported, and understood.
-   **Handle Client Calls with Care**  
    Respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients. Answer questions clearly, assess their needs, and schedule consultations with our legal team.
-   **Own the Client Journey**  
    Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and ensure a seamless client experience from first contact to attorney handoff.

## Requirements

-   **We are seeking candidates with 3+ years of sales experience in a call center environment. Please ensure your relevant sales experience is clearly reflected on your resume.**
-   We are looking for candidates with exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders.
-   This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.
