**POSITION OVERVIEW**

We are seeking a motivated, energetic, full-time General Dentist who is ready to lead a team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, clinically confident, and committed to exceptional dental care. You will practice comprehensive dentistry, while guiding and inspiring a team that is eager to grow with you. We would love to see you expand the services offered in the office, including bringing in-house procedures that are currently referred out.

## Requirements

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

-   Diagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based practices
-   Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures
-   Lead, mentor, and support the clinical team to deliver excellent patient experiences
-   Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
-   Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
-   Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff
-   Uphold all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards

**QUALIFICATIONS**

-   DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
-   Active Utah dental license
-   Strong clinical skills and sound treatment planning abilities
-   Leadership presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Commitment to patient-centered care

## Benefits

**First six months:** a negotiable daily guarantee or 30% of collections, whichever is greater.

**After six months:** 30% of collections up to $50,000 per month, and 35% of collections on everything over $50,000 per month.
