## Description

Location:Punggol  
  
Salary Range:  
\- $2800-$4500  
  
Job Responsibilities:  
\- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet.  
\- Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.  
\- Provide assistance to customers and respond to their enquiries and requests.  
\- Interact with children and parents throughout their visit to ensure a positive customer experience.  
\- Communicate with children in a patient, friendly, and approachable manner.  
\- Provide guidance and assistance to customers where necessary.  
\- Handle customer requests and feedback professionally, escalating matters to the supervisor when required.  
\- Support the team in ensuring smooth daily operations and a good overall customer experience.  
\- Assist with activities, events, promotions, or other operational tasks as needed.  
\- Work closely with team members to support daily operations and customer service.  
\- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Prior experience working with or interacting with children is highly preferred.  
\- Candidates from Preschool, Childcare, Tuition, Enrichment Centre, Kids Playground, Indoor Playground, or Kids Events backgrounds are welcome.  
\- Experience at Kiztopia, Kidztopia, or similar children-related environments will be an added advantage.  
\- Retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.  
\- Patient, friendly, and comfortable interacting with children.  
\- Able to communicate effectively with both children and parents.  
\- Positive, approachable, and service-oriented personality.  
\- Able to remain calm and patient when handling children or busy customer situations.  
\- Comfortable working in a lively, customer-facing environment.  
\- Good teamwork and communication skills.  
\- Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays where required.
