## Description

**The Greenridge Group** is a **prime contractor and consulting firm** specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.

We are seeking an experienced **Project Controls III** to support cost controls, contract performance monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk analysis across LAWA’s Capital Program.

**\*Salary Range: $170K/Year-$185K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications**

This position currently offers a hybrid schedule:

-   Remote: Monday & Friday
-   Onsite: Tuesday–Thursday in Los Angeles area

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Review project cost and contract performance using PMIS systems and reporting tools
-   Analyze project budgets, invoices, forecasting, resource allocation, and closeout activities
-   Support development of cost control policies, procedures, and reporting standards
-   Collaborate with finance, estimating, risk, and controls teams on forecasting and capitalization efforts
-   Assist with internal and external audit responses
-   Support and mentor project controls staff across the capital program
-   Help identify program risks, variances, and performance trends throughout the project lifecycle

## Requirements

-   15+ years of project controls experience, preferably supporting aviation or airport-related projects
-   Experience supporting large-scale, multi-million-dollar construction programs
-   Strong understanding of project controls disciplines including cost, scheduling, estimating, and risk management
-   Experience with alternative delivery methods
-   Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while producing accurate and timely results

### Preferred Technical Skills

-   Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
-   PMIS platforms such as PMWeb
-   Adobe Acrobat
-   Primavera P6 experience is highly desirable

### Education

-   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field
-   Master’s degree preferred
-   Relevant certifications such as PMP, PE, LEED, AAAE, or similar are a plus
