**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Lead the delivery team, fostering ownership, accountability, and high performance across all team members.

-   Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
-   Monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
-   Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
-   Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
-   Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring optimal utilization of skills and resources.
-   Provide regular feedback and support to team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
-   Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with stakeholders.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
-   Conduct regular status meetings and updates with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and any changes.
-   Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with organizational policies and procedures.
-   Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
-   Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
-   Implement best practices and methodologies to streamline project delivery and optimize resource utilization.
-   Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
-   Optimize resource allocation and utilization to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time.
-   Prepare and present detailed project reports and documentation for stakeholders and senior management.
-   Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports.

Additional Responsibilities:**

-   Manage all projects via Smartsheet, ensuring efficient tracking, reporting, and project management.
-   Supervise the operational aspects of the project as needed.
-   Ensure seamless integration and use of Jira for all team members.
-   Adapt and refine agile methodologies to fit the project's requirements and team dynamics.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
-   Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
-   Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
-   Strong leadership and team management skills.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Proficiency in project management tools and software, particularly Jira.
-   Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
-   Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
-   Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification is preferred.
-   Smartsheet or Odoo expertise, with a proven track record of managing projects through it.
-   Agile certification and extensive experience in agile methodologies are essential.
