## Description

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Management Consultancy team and take ownership of a complex hyperscale data centre through construction, commissioning, and client handover.  
  
If you love the buzz of a live site, the satisfaction of watching a build come together, and the challenge of keeping a small army of consultants, contractors, and specialists moving in the same direction - this one's for you.  
  
What You'll Actually Be Doing  
\-Leading multidisciplinary project teams from first fix to final handover  
\-Owning programme, cost, quality and delivery, the whole picture, not just one slice of it  
\-Coordinating consultants, contractors and specialist trade partners so everyone's pulling in sync  
\-Championing health, safety and environmental performance on site, because nobody goes home anything less than safe  
\-Keeping a close eye on progress and risk, and getting ahead of problems before they become problems  
\-Reviewing technical documentation, drawings and deliverables with a sharp, detail-oriented eye  
\-Supporting commercial management, procurement and contract administration  
\-Building genuine relationships with clients, consultants and contractors; trust is the real currency here  
\-Driving commissioning readiness and project close-out through to a handover you can be proud of  
\-Keeping governance, reporting and quality systems tight and compliant throughout  
  
What You'll Bring  
\-A relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar  
\-Experience within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC), client-side team, or Tier 1 contractor  
\-A track record of delivering major construction or infrastructure projects  
\-Leadership and communication skills that get people aligned, not just informed  
\-Solid understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, and multidisciplinary coordination
