Key Responsibilities

-   Safely transport the employer, family members, guests, and authorized personnel to designated locations.
-   Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off according to daily schedules.
-   Plan the most efficient routes while considering traffic and weather conditions.
-   Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles.
-   Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including fuel level, tires, engine oil, coolant, brakes, lights, and battery.
-   Schedule and coordinate routine servicing, repairs, vehicle registration renewals, and insurance requirements.
-   Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, mileage, fuel consumption, and service history.
-   Ensure the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use.
-   Assist with household errands such as grocery shopping, courier deliveries, banking, document collection, and other assigned tasks.
-   Load and unload luggage, shopping bags, and other items when required.
-   Adhere strictly to UAE traffic laws and road safety regulations.
-   Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the employer's personal and business matters.
-   Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or traffic violations immediately.
-   Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
-   Perform any other duties assigned by the employer or Household Manager.
