## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented **Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer** to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive testing activities, validating AI outputs, identifying defects, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards before production release.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop test strategies, test plans, and comprehensive test cases.
-   Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
-   Validate AI and Agentic AI outputs against business requirements and quality standards.
-   Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.
-   Execute both manual and automated testing where applicable.
-   Verify application performance, usability, reliability, and security.
-   Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before production deployment.
-   Prepare test reports, defect reports, and QA documentation.
-   Collaborate closely with developers, AI engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to improve product quality continuously.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
-   **4+ years** of Quality Assurance experience.
-   Experience in manual and automated testing.
-   Strong knowledge of functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
-   Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail).
-   Experience testing REST APIs using tools such as Postman.
-   Experience validating AI or Generative AI applications is a plus.
-   Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
-   Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
