## Description

Wild Nutrition does supplements differently. Unlike 95% of the supplement market, Food-Grown® ingredients are as close to their original food form as possible. Better recognised, better absorbed, better retained.

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Product Coordinator to support the end-to-end delivery of our product pipeline. Working closely with the Head of Product, you’ll play a key role in bringing new products to life, from early concept through to launch.

This is a central, cross-functional role. You’ll act as the bridge between Product, Nutrition, Marketing, Quality, Operations, DTC and so on to ensure projects move forward seamlessly, information stays aligned, and nothing falls through the cracks. (\*This role focuses on the development and delivery of physical consumer products. Not digital or software products.)

At Wild Nutrition, we offer more than just a job. We provide a rewarding and meaningful career in a supportive environment that values collaboration, innovation, and wellbeing. Your work will help shape our future and contribute directly to our mission of empowering women's health through natural, pioneering, science-backed supplements.

**The Role**

**Project Coordination & Product Delivery**

- Support the delivery of NPD projects (for physical products) from concept through to launch
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timelines and key activities are met
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date project information across systems (including Monday.com)
- Prepare product decks and materials for monthly reviews

**Information & Documentation Management**

- Own and maintain core product documentation (master docs, artwork files, new line forms, PDP content)
- Ensure consistency and alignment across all product information
- Collate inputs from Nutrition and Marketing teams to support copy development

**Artwork & Packaging Coordination**

- Manage the artwork process from brief through to final sign-off
- Brief designers and coordinate feedback rounds
- Proofread copy with exceptional attention to detail
- Support packaging development across new and existing formats

**Cross-functional Collaboration**

- Act as a key point of contact for Nutrition, Marketing and external partners
- Ensure clear communication across teams to keep projects moving
- Support training sessions with suppliers for internal teams

**Supplier & R&D Support**

- Assist with sourcing raw materials and maintaining supplier relationships
- Coordinate sampling rounds, quality testing and regulatory documentation
- Liaise with manufacturing partners for samples, specifications and costings
- Prepare product costing sheets

**Market & Category Insight**

- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends and regulatory changes within the VMS space

Operational support

- Keep product samples organised and accessible
- Maintain systems, processes and project boards to ensure clarity and efficiency across the team

## Requirements

- ~1+ year experience supporting NPD or physical product development projects

- Exceptional attention to detail - especially when reviewing artwork and copy
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills, including Excel/Google sheets proficiency
- Familiarity with project management tools and structured processes such as Stage-Gates
- A proactive, hands-on mindset - someone who takes ownership and gets things done
- Genuine interest in nutrition, wellness and the VMS space

### You’ll thrive in this role if you are…

- Naturally organised and love bringing structure to complexity
- A strong collaborator who builds relationships easily
- Detail obsessed, but able to keep sight of the bigger picture
- Curious, proactive and always looking to learn
- Happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved across all aspects of product

- Team discount on all Wild Nutrition supplements and personalised consultations
- Cycle to work scheme
