**The Fairfield Inn by Marriott in Mansfield, MA** is currently seeking a **Bartender and Food & Beverage attendant** that possesses a unique combination of bartending expertise and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**

1.  Bartending: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, with exceptional attention to detail and presentation.
2.  Guest Services: Provide outstanding customer service by attending to guests' needs, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
3.  Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items, ensuring high quality and adherence to food safety standards.
4.  Menu Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the menu offerings, including food and beverage pairings, to provide informed recommendations and suggestions to guests.
5.  Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage of supplies, utensils, and equipment, as well as regular sanitization and adherence to health and safety regulations.

**Pay: $16 per hour**

**Shift: Flexible days - 4-11PM Weekend Availability Needed**

## Requirements

-   Must have Bartending Experience
-   Food and Beverage experience preferred
-   ServSafe and TIPS training preferred
