## Description

- **Assurance Engagements:** Participate in the full lifecycle of audits, reviews, and compilation engagements for a diverse client portfolio.
- **Advisory & Planning:** Assist with strategic tax planning for businesses and high-net-worth individuals; conduct research on federal and multi-state tax matters.
- **Client Consulting:** Provide hands-on **QuickBooks** consulting and bookkeeping support to ensure client financial integrity.
- **Audit Defense:** Provide critical support in responding to IRS, state, and local tax notices and inquiries.
- **Multi-State Filings:** Assist with complex multi-state tax projections and filings to ensure multi-jurisdictional compliance.
- **Partner Collaboration:** Work directly with senior team members and partners to deliver high-stakes projects under tight deadlines, particularly during peak tax seasons.

## Requirements

### Education & Credentials

- **CPA License or CPA-track status** (active study for the exam) is highly preferred.

### Experience

- **Minimum of 2–7 years of professional experience** within a CPA firm environment.
- Proven experience in **both Tax and Audit** (candidates with only one functional area will be considered if willing to train).
- Hands-on proficiency with professional tax software and **QuickBooks**.

### Skills & Abilities

- **Technical Knowledge:** Solid understanding of GAAP and federal/state/local tax regulations.
- **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written skills for direct client interaction and internal collaboration.
- **Analytical Mindset:** Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage diverse engagements independently.
- **Resilience:** Ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-output professional environment.
