## Description

The Supply Chain technician’s responsibilities, within the warehouse located on Salamina Island, are as follows:

-   **Material management:**

1.  Receiving materials: unload trucks and store materials in designated areas
2.  Managing material stocks: store in accordance with storage conditions, replenish free services and stocks at the line, physically move materials
3.  Distributing materials: deliver materials to production, perform physical transfers between production operations

-   **Labeling, packaging and conditioning actions**
-   **Type of materials to manage:**

1.  purchased materials
2.  manufactured materials
3.  disassembled materials at the edge
4.  tools (small tools and specific production and handling tools)
5.  consumables
6.  in-process production.

**• The technician moves materials at request or on his own initiative (storage, pickups, transfers, etc.)**

**• Working relations**

1.  The Supply Chain Technician is placed under the supervision of a Supply Chain Manager
2.  Daily interactions with the Front Office technical team, the customer (Hellenic Navy), the suppliers and logistic services companies (including transport and customs)

These assignments are not exhaustive and may change over time.

## Requirements

-   At least one previous experience in the field of supply chain or warehouses management
-   Good communication and organizational skills
-   Language: Greek native language and very good use of English, both in verbal and written form
-   Use of software tools: Excel, Word, ERP (Purchase Requests, Good Receipts, Deliveries, Sales orders creation)
-   Operation of lifts: CACES 1,3,5+ and stacker
-   Routine material handling (gestures and postures) as the position involves the physical movement of materials
-   Driving licence
