## Description

Ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of a fast-paced, hands-on team? **Burch Recruitment** is looking for reliable and hardworking **part-time Warehouse Operatives** to join our **Rainham depot**.

### Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

-   Loading and unloading deliveries with care
-   Checking items for damage or missing parts
-   Moving stock to storage or dispatch areas
-   Picking and scanning orders using hand-held scanners
-   Keeping the warehouse clean and organised
-   Following health & safety and manual handling procedures
-   Supporting efficient daily operations

### What We're Looking For:

-   Great teamwork and communication skills
-   Strong attention to detail
-   Flexible and organised approach
-   **Forklift licence (FLT) is a bonus** – not essential

### Details of the Role:

-   **Job Type:** Part-time / Worker Agreement
-   **Schedule:** PM/evening shifts, with the operation running **Sunday–Friday**
-   **Hours:** Part-time hours, **subject to operational demand**
-   **Location:** Romford Depot – in person
-   **Start Date:** Immediate starts available

### Important Information:

This is a physically demanding role. Candidates will be required to lift, move and handle heavy and bulky parcels on a daily basis and should be comfortable carrying out manual handling duties throughout their shift.

**Please note:** Hours and shift patterns may vary depending on operational demand, and candidates must be available to work PM/evening shifts.
