### Operations Administrator

**Group Operations & Fleet**     

**Hours of work: 8.00am – 4.30pm (16 hours per week, Mon & Wednesday )** 

**Contract Type: Permanent**

**Role Overview**

The Business Administration Apprentice will provide administrative support to the Operations Administration Team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day operations.  
This role will involve assisting with administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, and communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

The apprentice will undertake the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship at the **Solihull** Collegecombining workplace learning with off-the-job training to develop essential business and administrative skills.

## Requirements

**Main Duties/Key Responsibilities:**

-   Provide general administrative support to the Operations Administration Team.
-   Manage and monitor the Fleet mailbox and assist with all fleet-related administration, including:
-   Fuel card management
-   Fleet car pack production and monitoring
-   Processing of parking and speeding fines
-   Assist with answering incoming calls through the telephone system and ensuring enquiries are handled or directed appropriately.
-   Support the production of Operations reports and associated documentation.
-   Assist in maintaining documentation required for ISO compliance.
-   Provide administrative support for site facilities as required.
-   Liaise professionally with internal colleagues and external contacts.
-   Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and other data management tools in line with company procedures.
