## Description

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a skilled Plasterer External to specialize in external plastering works on a variety of construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying plaster and render to the exterior surfaces of buildings, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. You will work closely with the construction team to deliver high-quality finishes that meet project specifications and standards.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Prepare external surfaces for plastering by cleaning, patching, and repairing as needed.
-   Mix and apply external plaster and render materials using appropriate tools and techniques.
-   Ensure smooth, even, and weather-resistant finishes on exterior walls and surfaces.
-   Interpret project plans, specifications, and instructions accurately.
-   Maintain all health and safety policies while working on site.
-   Collaborate with site teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
-   Carry out maintenance and repair work on existing external plaster surfaces.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in external plastering and rendering.
-   Strong knowledge of external plaster materials, application techniques, and tools.
-   Ability to work safely at heights and in various weather conditions.
-   Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to external construction work.
-   Good understanding of technical drawings and project specifications.
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
-   Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor outdoors.
-   Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
-   Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to different job sites if required.
