### Responsibilities

-   Engage with Italian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to nurture and maintain positive relationships.
-   Respond to inquiries about products and services while providing personalized support.
-   Address and resolve client concerns effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
-   Document all client interactions in the CRM system for thorough tracking and follow-up.
-   Work closely with team members to continuously improve service delivery and client relations.
-   Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services based on client needs.
-   Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to inform clients effectively.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in client relations, customer support, or a related role is highly advantageous.
-   Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
-   Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-   Proficient in CRM software and basic computer applications.
