## Description

**Internship Description:**

-   Support the Corporate Culture & Engagement (CCE) team in developing high-quality visual content for Employer Branding purposes, including managing content for platforms such as @lifeatlinknet on Instagram and PT Link Net Tbk on LinkedIn, as well as for Culture & Engagement programs.
-   Contribute to the Culture & Engagement team's efforts by assisting with content ideation, visualization, and design execution.
-   Provide support to the CCE team in planning and executing corporate events, programs, and activities.
-   Collaborate with the CCE intern to create engaging content, including capturing and documenting moments during company events.
-   Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and advancements in design software.

## Requirements

**Internship Requirements:**

-   Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
-   Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
-   Strong creative and artistic skills with attention to detail.
-   Good understanding of design principles such as layout, typography, and color theory.
-   Ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a team environment.
-   Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
-   Experience with web design and video creation (optional, but a plus).
-   A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required.
-   Willing to work in **BSD, South Tangerang**.
