## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Greek Speaking Customer Solutions Agent to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with paid relocation provided. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide excellent customer support and solutions to Greek-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
-   Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions using CRM systems.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns effectively.
-   Stay updated on products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.
-   Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and client experiences.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Greek (speaking and writing) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
-   Experience in customer service or customer solutions roles is preferred.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused attitude.
-   Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia with paid relocation support.
-   Adaptability and openness to working in a multicultural workplace.
