## Description

Company Overview  
Our client is a leading international media and digital content group with a strong presence across Asia and growing global influence.  
The company operates large-scale content platforms covering entertainment, video, IP commercialization, and digital advertising, and is currently accelerating its commercial expansion in the Middle East region.  
This role will be a key commercial hire supporting regional advertiser growth and local partnership development.  
  
Key Responsibilities  
\- Be based in the Middle East (Dubai) and lead local advertiser acquisition, partner development, and commercial relationship management.  
\- Develop and execute regional business development strategies, building a structured ecosystem of industry clients and partners.  
\- Prepare commercial proposals, bidding materials, and partnership models; drive deal execution and contract closure.  
\- Analyze commercialization performance through data tracking and client feedback, providing growth forecasts and optimization insights.  
\- Work closely with product, content, legal, and local operational teams to ensure smooth commercialization rollout in the region.  
  
Requirements  
\- Experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Commercial roles.  
\- Prior exposure to Middle East markets is a strong plus.  
\- Strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.  
\- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.  
\- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.  
\- Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced, and growth-driven environment.
