Libra Solutions is seeking a talented and experienced **Payroll Specialist** to report directly to the Payroll Manager. The Payroll Specialist will contribute to the day-to-day payroll administration of Libra Solutions Operating Co. and MoveDocs Operating Co.  This role will assist the Payroll Manager with coordinating payroll activities and resources to ensure that payroll deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

**This is a hybrid position that can be based out of one of our office locations in Las Vegas, NV, Rosemont, IL or Charlotte, NC.**

### **Responsibilities:**

-   Processes payroll data and produces and runs custom reports using ADP Workforce Now and is responsible for the accuracy of payroll
-   Compiles and records employee time and payroll data including computing employee time worked, wages, deductions, (voluntary & involuntary) and preparation of paycheck and direct deposit
-   Reviews time sheets, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies
-   Updates and enters data into Excel and the ADP payroll system
-   Maintains organized Payroll records
-   Serves as a point of contact and responds to payroll inquiries from employees and management
-   Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines; as a multi-state employer, adheres to the laws and regulations applied to multi-state payroll processing
-   Processes all new hires and terminations
-   Ensures that timesheets, benefits administration, and employee records are complete and accurate
-   Assists with payroll general ledger imports
-   Processes garnishments, child support orders and other payroll deduction programs
-   Reconciles payroll payments for 401(k), Flexible Spending & Health Savings Accounts
-   Manages taxing filing amendments, in conjunction with ADP and Payroll Manager as required
-   Performs other duties as assigned

## Requirements

-   5+ years of Payroll processing experience
-   5+ years payroll processing with ADP **REQUIRED**
-   Experience processing multi-state payroll
-   Experience processing payroll for both exempt and non-exempt employees
-   Bachelor’s degree preferred
-   Strong knowledge of Microsoft office suite, and proficiency in Excel
-   Experience with bi-weekly payroll processes including data entry, pay calculations, tax, and benefits highly preferred
-   Ability to collaborate with colleagues and take directions from supervisors
-   Adept at handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and working to ensure confidentiality is respected throughout the organization
-   Strong communication skills
-   Strong analytical skills and ability to think independently
-   Accuracy and attention to detail, with strong organizational skills
-   **Must be able to work in-office at one of our office locations in Las Vegas, Rosemont or Charlotte**
