## Description

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic People & Talent Coordinator to support our Group People Director at an exciting time of growth for the business.

As we continue to scale, this is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career in HR, People or Talent Acquisition to join a busy and growing team. You’ll support with recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day people administration, while learning about the wider people function.

We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, organised and switched-on, who is organised, great with people and keen to learn. You don’t need lots of HR experience — a genuine interest in People, a positive attitude and strong attention to detail are what matter most.

Office attendance is required three days per week – Tuesdays to Thursdays.

**What you'll be doing**

**Recruitment**

- Post vacancies and keep candidate information up to date in Workable.

- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.

- Gather interview feedback and keep recruitment processes organised.

- Support offers, references and pre-employment checks.

**Onboarding**

- Oversee the onboarding process, including scheduling onboarding meetings and ensuring the correct equipment & office access is sent or prepared for new starters.

- Coordinate right to work checks, laptops and equipment.

- Meeting Scheduling – Coordinating reviews for new starters, scheduling probationary reviews, and notifying relevant teams of employees’ leaving dates.

- Ensure new joiners have a brilliant, seamless first impression

**Culture**

- Training – helping organise any future talent related training sessions, such as interviewing skills or other relevant sessions

- Birthdays & Anniversaries – sending birthday & anniversary presents

- Ensure our office environment stays welcoming, well-run, and fully stocked

- Maintain oversight of agency equipment, couriering, and office-day needs

**People Administration**

- Keep employee records, people systems and documentation up to date.

- Support with HR administration.

- Prepare standard people letters and documents.

- Support starters, leavers and employee changes.

- Maintain People trackers and help with basic reporting.

- Diary management for selective senior leadership

- Help with basic expenses, invoices and general administration when needed.

**Finance Support**

You’ll occasionally help our Finance team with simple admin tasks, such as organising receipts and helping with expenses and invoices. No finance experience is needed.

## Requirements

**About you**

**You’ll ideally have:**

- Some experience in office administration/management, recruitment, HR, PA or a similar coordination role.

- A genuine interest in developing a career in HR or Talent Acquisition.

- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.

- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.

- A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved.

- An understanding of confidentiality when handling employee information.

- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
- Experience with Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter or another HR/recruitment system would be useful but isn't essential.

**What you'll learn**

Working closely with our Group People Director, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about:

- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

- HR administration and People Operations

- Onboarding and employee experience
