## Description

Work Location:  
\- Tai Seng  
  
Salary Range:  
\- $3,500 – $7,000  
  
Benefits:  
\- 0–20% Performance-Based Bonus (PRP) per month  
\- 2% Medical Allowance per month  
  
Job Responsibilities:  
\- Ensure projects are carried out on time, within budget, and with excellent quality.  
\- Oversee construction activities on site, manage any changes to works, and review drawings to ensure designs are implemented effectively.  
\- Manage all aspects of project management, including coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects.  
\- Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes, and drawings are properly documented.  
\- Serve as the main point of contact; attend meetings at site with clients, the project team, and relevant authorities.  
\- Responsible for site supervision and implementation of works.  
\- Monitor project costing, budget, claims, and schedule.  
\- Manage and lead a project team to ensure site progress aligns with the project schedule.  
\- Ensure Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) practices are always adhered to.  
  
Job Requirements:  
\- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.  
\- Minimum 4 years’ experience in mechanical works for construction subcontractors (preferably ACMV).  
\- Proficient in reading and using AutoCAD drawings.  
\- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
