## Description

We are seeking an experienced **High-End Residential Superintendent** to oversee the construction of luxury custom homes in **Altadena** and **Pacific Palisades**. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship, and has experience working directly with discerning homeowners and high-profile clientele.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience building custom luxury residences, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.

### Responsibilities

-   Oversee all phases of high-end custom residential construction from ground-up through completion.
-   Manage and coordinate all subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
-   Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
-   Be hands-on in the field, proactively solving problems and keeping projects moving forward.
-   Conduct daily site walks to monitor quality, safety, and production.
-   Ensure all work meets plans, specifications, and luxury finish standards.
-   Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes.
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
-   Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, designers, and ownership.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, including high-net-worth individuals and celebrity clients.
-   Handle client concerns with professionalism, discretion, and exceptional customer service.
-   Enforce safety procedures and company standards throughout the project.

## Requirements

-   **5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on high-end custom residential projects.**
-   Proven experience building luxury custom homes from the ground up.
-   Strong experience managing multiple subcontractors and maintaining project schedules.
-   Hands-on leadership style with the ability to step in and keep work progressing when needed.
-   Experience coordinating luxury finishes and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
-   Excellent organizational, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
-   Professional demeanor with outstanding communication skills.
-   Comfortable interacting with **high-net-worth homeowners and celebrity clientele** while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
-   Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
-   Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience with Procore or similar construction management software.
-   OSHA 30 certification.
-   Strong knowledge of California residential building codes.
-   Experience rebuilding or constructing luxury homes in wildfire-affected areas is a plus.
