**Remote LCSW Therapist | Florida-Based Telehealth Counseling Position**

**Position Information**

**Location:** Florida  
**Work Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Position Type:** Full-Time  
**Pay:** $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Job Summary**

This position is for a **Licensed Clinical Social Worker** who wants to provide therapy in a remote setting while working with clients who need steady mental health support. The work includes helping clients process difficult experiences, manage symptoms, strengthen emotional skills, and make progress toward healthier routines and relationships.

The ideal clinician is comfortable balancing direct therapy, documentation, treatment planning, and ongoing client follow-up. This is a practical telehealth role for an LCSW who wants a clear full-time position with strong compensation and a consistent care model.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide remote counseling services to adult clients through telehealth
-   Complete intake sessions and identify client concerns, goals, and care needs
-   Develop treatment plans that reflect each client’s situation and progress
-   Use appropriate clinical interventions during therapy sessions
-   Support clients with mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, grief, and adjustment difficulties
-   Keep client records updated and compliant with documentation standards
-   Review treatment goals regularly and revise plans when needed
-   Maintain professional standards for privacy, ethics, and remote care
-   Recognize clinical risk factors and follow proper reporting or escalation procedures

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Social Work required
-   Must hold an active **LCSW license in Florida**
-   Previous clinical experience in mental health therapy, social work, or behavioral health care
-   Strong understanding of assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and progress documentation
-   Ability to work effectively in a remote clinical setting
-   Comfortable using video platforms, EHR systems, and online communication tools
-   Knowledge of HIPAA and Florida clinical practice standards
-   Strong time management and communication skills
