### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Support Swedish-speaking clients with inquiries and issues related to our online payment platforms.
-   Resolve client problems quickly and effectively to ensure smooth payment processing.
-   Deliver training and guidance to clients on platform functionalities.
-   Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote satisfaction and loyalty.
-   Collaborate effectively with technical and cross-functional teams to solve complex client challenges.
-   Stay updated on payment industry trends and technological advancements.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Norwegian and English is required; please ensure to clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Knowledge of online payment platforms and relevant technologies is advantageous.
-   Willingness to work and relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
