**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a passionate and talented **Sourcing Specialist** to join our dynamic team. 

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to meet the company's sourcing requirements.
-   Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Production, and Quality Assurance to ensure specifications and compliance.
-   Monitor market trends and supplier performance to optimize the procurement strategy.
-   Develop and maintain sourcing strategies to ensure a competitive advantage.
-   Prepare and present sourcing reports and recommendations to senior management.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
-   0\_2 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
-   Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
-   Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sourcing decisions.
-   Excellent English, communication and interpersonal skills.
