We are seeking a **Project Manager** to join our Service Delivery and Operations Delivery team in Athens. The main duties will be to lead and deliver complex software projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards, timelines, and budgets. The role requires strong expertise in software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile and DevOps practices, and the ability to manage cross-functional and distributed teams. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, the Senior Project Manager oversees planning, execution, risk management, and reporting, while driving collaboration, continuous improvement, and successful project outcomes in dynamic and demanding environments. Responsibilities: - Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects and service engagements; - Coordinate project activities, resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure commitments are met; - Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, customers, partners, and vendors to drive project success; - Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders through regular meetings, status updates, and reporting; - Monitor project progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation when necessary; - Support project planning activities, including schedules, resource allocation, workload management, and forecasting; - Track project budgets, effort consumption, resource utilization, and overall delivery performance; - Coordinate consultant onboarding, offboarding, and staffing activities for projects and service contracts; - Monitor timesheet submissions and effort reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with project and contractual requirements; - Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and progress updates to management and customers; - Maintain project documentation, action logs, risk registers, decision logs, and governance records; - Organize and support project governance activities, including status meetings, steering committees, service reviews, and working groups; - Ensure alignment between business requirements, customer expectations, and project execution; - Identify opportunities to improve processes, project delivery efficiency, and customer satisfaction; - Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy; - Αctively ensuring compliance with the Group's Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy and all applicable regulations, identifying and reporting potential risks related to bribery and corruption, and promoting ethical behavior by participating in and encouraging continuous training and awareness initiatives. ## Requirements - University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; - 5-10+ years of experience in software project management; - Strong Technical background (e.g., prior software engineering experience) is highly desirable; - Strong Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices is a must; - Proven experience with various project management methodologies like Agile, SAfe, PRINCE2, PMP, PM2, and Lean; - Strong technical skills and thorough understanding of software development processes and technologies; - Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps); - Excellent client-facing, analytical and problem-solving skills; - Experience within banking sector will be considered as an asset; - Work on client premises for the duration of the project; - Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages (written and verbal). **Additional Qualification, knowledge and skills:** - Must have a relevant certification in internationally recognized project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PM2, PRINCE2, SAFe). ## Benefits **Your Life @ Qualco Group** On top of challenging work environment, we are offering: 💸 Competitive compensation, ticket restaurant card, and annual bonus programs 💻 Cutting-edge IT equipment, mobile and data plan 🏢 Modern facilities, free coffee and beverages, indoor parking, and company bus 👨‍⚕ Private health insurance, onsite occupational doctor, and workplace counselor 🏝️ Flexible working model, hybrid benefits & home equipment benefits 🤸‍♂️ Onsite gym, wellness facilities, and ping pong room 💡 Career and talent development tools 🎓 Mentoring, coaching, personalized annual learning and development plan 🌱 Employee referral bonus, regular wellbeing, ESG and volunteering activities Your race, gender identity and expression, age ethnicity or disability make no difference in Quento Technologies S.A.
