## Description

Müller's Solutions is seeking a dedicated SAP Ariba Consultant exclusively for Saudi nationals to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Ariba solutions tailored to procurement and supply chain processes. This role involves collaborating closely with clients to optimize their procurement operations using SAP Ariba's capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Ariba modules in production, including incident, service request, and problem management via ticketing tools.
-   Analyze and resolve issues in Ariba Commerce Automation, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance.
-   Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and stability; support SAP ERP/S/4HANA integrations via CIG.
-   Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
-   Support master data management and assist users with training, troubleshooting, and process guidance.
-   Manage change requests, ensure SLA/KPI compliance, and maintain documentation including knowledge base and SOPs.

## Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a closely related field that provides a solid foundation in information technology and business processes.

3–8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, including support and implementation, demonstrating strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes.

-   Proficient in SAP Ariba modules: Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing/Contracts, and Ariba Network.
-   Experience with SAP integration technologies like Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), IDoc interfaces, and APIs.
-   Familiar with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Jira for incident management.
-   Understanding of SLAs, incident prioritization, and support processes.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for timely issue resolution.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

-   Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration and SAP ERP systems.
-   SAP Ariba certification is highly preferred.
-   Experience in Application Management Services (AMS) or support projects.
