## Description

\* Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

\* Create work breakdown structures (WBS) and project timelines.

\* Monitor project progress and compare actual performance against the baseline schedule.

\* Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, design, and project management teams.

\* Identify potential delays and propose recovery plans.

\* Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management.

\* Track project milestones and critical paths.

\* Support resource planning (labor, materials, and equipment).

\* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

\* Ensure projects comply with contractual deadlines and client expectations.

## Benefits

\* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.

\* Around 2–5 years of experience in planning for construction, fit-out, finishing, or real estate projects (depending on the seniority).

\* Strong knowledge of:

\* Primavera P6 (often essential)

\* Microsoft Project

\* Microsoft Excel (advanced)

\* AutoCAD (preferred)

\* Understanding of project scheduling techniques, CPM (Critical Path Method), and earned value concepts.

\* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

\* Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

\* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

\* Fluent English is typically preferred.
