### **Recruiter (Talent Acquisition, LinkedIn Recruiter & ATS) – Remote | U.S. Hours**

**Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote  
**Working Hours:** U.S. Client Business Hours (flexibility required for interviews and candidate availability)

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a **Recruiter** to own the hiring process end-to-end — from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination.

This is not just a scheduling or coordination role.

You will be responsible for:

-   Building strong candidate pipelines

-   Advising hiring managers

### **What You’ll Own**

### **Role Intake & Hiring Strategy**

-   Partner with hiring managers to define:

-   Ideal candidate profiles

### **Sourcing & Pipeline Generation (Core Focus)**

-   Build candidate pipelines using:

-   LinkedIn Recruiter
-   Indeed
-   Glassdoor
-   Job boards
-   Boolean search techniques

-   Engage passive candidates through outbound outreach
-   Maintain active pipelines across multiple open roles
-   Continuously improve sourcing quality and response rates

### **Screening & Candidate Assessment**

-   Conduct structured:

-   Phone interviews
-   Video interviews

-   Evaluate:

-   Skills
-   Experience
-   Communication
-   Cultural alignment

-   Use:

-   Behavioral interviewing
-   Competency-based assessments

-   Coordinate skills assessments or case studies when required

### **Candidate Experience (Critical Responsibility)**

-   Manage communication from:

-   Initial outreach → Offer stage

-   Act as a strong brand representative for the client company

### **Interview Coordination & Hiring Support**

-   Coordinate interviews across time zones
-   Prepare candidates for interview stages
-   Gather structured feedback from hiring teams
-   Run hiring debriefs and align decisions efficiently

### **Offer Management & Closing**

-   Draft and present offers
-   Handle negotiations professionally
-   Close candidates quickly and effectively
-   Support onboarding coordination and transition

### **ATS, Reporting & Recruitment Operations**

-   Manage hiring workflows within:

-   Greenhouse
-   Lever
-   JazzHR
-   iCIMS
-   Other ATS platforms

-   Track:

-   Time-to-fill
-   Source effectiveness
-   Pipeline health
-   Candidate progression

-   Maintain accurate dashboards and reporting
-   Share hiring market insights with leadership and hiring managers

-   Hands-on experience using ATS platforms

-   Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress
