### About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organized **Junior Recruiter** to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process by helping identify, attract, and onboard candidates across multiple roles and locations.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Support recruiters with day-to-day recruitment activities and candidate coordination.
-   Review applications and resumes against job requirements.
-   Conduct initial candidate screening and introductory phone or video interviews.
-   Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
-   Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
-   Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
-   Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
-   Assist with documentation, and other pre-employment activities.
-   Support candidates through the offer and onboarding process.
-   Follow established recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
-   Provide general administrative support to the recruitment and RM team as required.

## Requirements

### What We're Looking For

-   1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, administration, or a related field is an asset.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-   Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-   Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
-   Comfortable using technology, recruitment systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and online platforms.
-   Professional and confident communication style.
-   Strong follow-up skills and a service-oriented approach.
-   Fluency in English
