### About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated **Gymnastics Educator** to join our growing team and lead after-school gymnastics programs for elementary school students. This role is ideal for instructors who are passionate about gymnastics, enjoy working with children, and are committed to creating a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment.

**In this role, you will:**

-   Teach age-appropriate gymnastics fundamentals and movement skills to students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade.
-   Ensure student safety and well-being at all times.
-   Foster confidence, coordination, balance, flexibility, and teamwork through gymnastics instruction.
-   Plan and lead engaging gymnastics classes and skill-building activities.
-   Adapt instruction to different ages, skill levels, and learning styles.
-   Facilitate positive social interactions and encourage teamwork.
-   Effectively manage student behavior using positive reinforcement.
-   Maintain accurate attendance and incident records.
-   Prepare and organize equipment and activity materials, keeping the learning space clean and safe.

**Schedule:** TBC  
**Hourly Pay Rate:** $50

## Requirements

-   18+ years of age.
-   Experience in gymnastics, coaching, cheer, tumbling, or a related discipline.
-   Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training prior to the start date (Concussion Training, Mandated Reporter, First Aid & CPR).
-   Authorization to work in the US.
-   Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
