## Description

-   Minimum 7 years of relevant experience proven experience in **overall site management, finishing, snagging, and de-snagging works**, with the ability to take full responsibility for site execution and delivery.
-   Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to **lead and control multiple site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and in-house teams across multiple villas**.
-   Excellent coordination with project management, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
-   Strong manpower planning and resource management skills.
-   Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve site issues and coordinate solutions effectively.
-   Strong understanding of construction procedures, site safety requirements, quality standards, and project specifications.
