**ABOUT THE ROLE**

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its ENT, otolaryngology and head and neck services and is seeking a highly skilled ENT Consultant to join its growing clinical team. The role is suitable for internationally trained ENT specialists seeking career advancement, strong clinical exposure, and the opportunity to practice within a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment serving a diverse international patient population.

**ROLE OVERVIEW**

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced ENT consultants, audiologists, speech and language therapists, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and surgical infrastructure.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Assess, diagnose and manage patients with a wide range of ear, nose and throat conditions.  
• Provide consultant-level care for conditions affecting the ear, hearing, sinuses, nose, throat, voice and upper airway.  
• Perform appropriate ENT procedures and surgeries according to expertise and facility privileges.  
• Manage common ENT conditions including chronic sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, tonsillitis, otitis, hearing disorders, vertigo and sleep-related breathing disorders.  
• Perform diagnostic assessments including nasal endoscopy, otoscopy and other relevant ENT investigations.  
• Evaluate patients with hearing loss, tinnitus, dizziness, balance disorders and other otological conditions.  
• Manage paediatric and adult ENT cases where appropriate.  
• Provide pre-operative assessment, post-operative care, complication management and follow-up.  
• Coordinate care with audiology, neurology, pulmonology, allergy, oncology, radiology and other relevant specialties.  
• Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, procedures, risks and expected outcomes.  
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, informed consent, infection control and patient safety standards.  
• Participate in clinical governance, audit, quality improvement and multidisciplinary case discussions.

## Requirements

Applications are welcome from internationally trained ENT Consultants / Otolaryngologists holding recognised qualifications such as:  
• American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery  
• UK CCT / FRCS (ORL-HNS)  
• European Board of Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery  
• Royal College Certification (Canada)  
• Australian / New Zealand specialist qualifications  
• Arab Board  
• MD / DNB / MS / FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
