Position Overview We have part-time and temporary positions available for Swing Shift assignments. Ideal candidates must be vigilant, responsible, and capable of handling potentially volatile situations with professionalism. ## Requirements Qualifications & Requirements ✅ Minimum Certification: Active Guard card License in the State of California ✅ Other Requirements: - Ability to pass a **pre-employment background check** - Exposed Weapon Permit - Have non-lethal weapons certifications (OC Spray, Taser, baton) - Must be available for **weekend shifts** - Prior experience in **law enforcement** **or military service** is a plus Key Skills - Conflict management and de-escalation techniques - Knowledge of surveillance systems and loss prevention strategies - Strong observational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication for interacting with staff, visitors, and emergency responders - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in high-pressure situations Responsibilities - **Patrol assigned areas** to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity - **Respond promptly** to alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action - **Conduct security inspections** of buildings, grounds, and equipment - **Enforce rules and regulations** related to access control and loss prevention - **Prepare detailed reports** on security incidents, observations, and actions taken - **Collaborate with law enforcement agencies** when required for investigations or emergencies ## Benefits Why Join Us?
