## Description

**Job Summary:**

The **Senior AI Agentic** _**Engineer**_, based in Athens, Greece, bridges both worlds — owning the product vision and roadmap for Profile One, while leading the technical architecture of our AI projects. This is a hybrid role for someone who thinks in products and builds in systems, equally comfortable defining what gets built and getting into the detail of how it works.

**What will you need to do:**

_Product Strategy & Roadmap:_

·        Own the unified roadmap for Profile One and our AI Products, balancing client demand, commercial pipeline and platform investment.

·        Translate Group strategy into a prioritised, deliverable backlog with clear release milestones.

·        Define and track product KPIs: adoption, time-to-value, integration completeness, demo conversion.

·        Own the Profile One demo asset used in client engagements and Group-level presentations.

_Agentic Architecture & Engineering:_

·        Own the agentic platform architecture: orchestration patterns, agent decomposition, tool-calling, memory & state management, human-in-the-loop integration.

·        Lead implementation across the agent framework stack — LangGraph, LangChain or equivalent.

·        Define and operate the evaluation layer: golden datasets, regression suites, agent-level metrics, human review workflows.

·        Own the observability stack (Langfuse, CloudWatch) and the runtime quality, latency and cost envelope.

_Delivery, Team & Governance:_

·        Lead a cross-functional team (engineering, design, data, business analysis).

·        Manage the external delivery partner during the PoC phase; define the transition to full in-house ownership.

·        Own production readiness: SLOs, security review, regulatory alignment (DORA, MiFID II, GDPR, NIS2).

_Client & Commercial Engagement:_

·        Partner with Sales and commercial leads across Banking, Investment and Wealth to shape proposals and client pilots.

·        Translate client demand into deployed agents and productised use cases with clear value propositions.

·        Represent the platform in client conversations, RFPs, SteerCo updates and architectural reviews.

## Requirements

**What You Will Bring:**

·           **8+ years** in software engineering or product management, including **3+ years** building production LLM-based or agentic systems.

·        Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks — LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI or comparable — including supervisor/multi-agent patterns.

·        Strong AWS engineering background: Bedrock, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch.

·        Track record of shipping complex platform products end-to-end: discovery, delivery, GTM.

·        Strong financial services domain knowledge — banking, investment, wealth or capital markets.

·        Ability to move fluidly between technical architecture and product thinking.

·        Excellent written and verbal English; able to work across European time zones.
