**About Darley Technologies:** _We're building a next-generation trading platform from the ground up, and we're looking for a Rust developer who cares about squeezing every last bit of performance out of a system. If low-latency code and next-gen trading strategies excite you, come build with us in Zug._

**Location:** Zug, Switzerland

**What you'll do**

-   Architect and build new components in Rust, designed for low latency and correctness
-   Develop trading strategies across crypto and traditional markets, using modern tooling to compete in global markets
-   Continuously refine our codebase for peak performance

## Requirements

**What you bring**

-   Expertise in Rust with a proven track record on substantial projects (GitHub contributions or similar), or equivalent experience with C/C++
-   Working knowledge of Python and/or C is a strong plus
-   An eye for clean, maintainable architecture
-   Comfort with the basics of Linux, Docker, and networking
-   A self-starter attitude — happy to wear many hats and drive things end-to-end
