## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Agent to work remotely from Greece, supporting Proximus, a leading telecommunications company. This role is ideal for individuals fluent in Dutch who are enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service in the telecom sector. As a Customer Agent, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries and issues related to Proximus services, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch across phone, email, and chat channels.
-   Assist customers with inquiries about telecom products, services, billing, and technical support.
-   Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
-   Stay informed about Proximus services, updates, and industry trends.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably in telecommunications or related sectors.
-   Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
-   Proficient with CRM software, digital communication tools, and general computer skills.
-   Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.
