### Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality frontline support to Norwegian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account issues.
-   Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints to enhance their experience.
-   Accurately document all customer interactions within the CRM system for effective follow-up and reporting.
-   Collaborate with team members to uphold top-tier service standards and improve customer interactions.
-   Identify areas for improvement in service delivery and contribute to the development of best practices.
-   Stay updated on company products and services to ensure precise information is provided to clients.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
-   Previous experience in customer service or relevant support roles is preferred.
-   Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
-   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-   Familiarity with CRM software and standard computer skills.
-   Proactive attitude and dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
